I see you have spam adverts posted already. Acai berry is a fruit and fruit is good for you but the pills are a waste of money and, as you say, don't work for weight loss. All you need is a good healthy diet, lots of fruit and veg, and exercise. It takes time and motivation :) edited to add: the spam adverts have been reported and deleted. If you see these adverts - report them and we will be rid of some of their rubbish :) Cat - no matter how many times you post a warning people will still fall for the spam adverts. I and others are always telling people these products are a waste of money. Many people have also been scammed out of a lot of money ordering these on line, then they come here asking for help to get some of their money back.
