You must always check though where the product is coming from, for example I searched to make sure my Acai was coming from a Health Food Place instead of a Random seller of the product.

take one of the … take one of the acai berry pills in the morning with two of the colon cleansers before breakfast ….eat healthy foods liek fresh fruits and fresh or frozen veggies…no fried foods…try baking or broiling instead maybe even grilled…then if you can after lunch take a green tea vitamin or drink a cup of green tea…not that lipton crap…green tea speeds up your metabolism ….one you eat dinner take 1 acai and 2 colon cleansers. take a look at my lemonade diet it works so much better
